WHY

.....Is there a reason they have SO MANY options available in winter boots for girls but almost nothing for boys? I've seen hikers and those stiff around the ankle boots all over the stores here, but really... Little man needs something a little more flexible so he doesn't look like I've attached bear traps to his feet when he walks. It's a little early to be planning for winter, but I want to get as much out of the way for little man as I can before the cold settles in. So, I'm researching boots. Stride Rite only has the hiker types that just don't provide enough warmth, and I love Stride Rite because they always have shoes that fit his wide wide wide feet. So I moved on to Skechers. Most of what they showed was the usual stiff snow boots or hikers. UGH! Then I found these:

THAT is what I've been looking for. Now hopefully they'll still have them on sale when I can buy them....

Now for some more research... and to email ALL the shoe companies and let them know boys like to be comfortable in winter boots too.
